Reporting a conversion bug

We can't inspect your file — it never reaches us, by design. Instead, tell us:

• the file's format and size (e.g. "a 14 MB HEIC from an iPhone 15"),
• what app or device created it,
• your browser and version (e.g. "Firefox 128 on Windows 11"),
• what happened versus what you expected.

That combination is usually enough to reproduce the problem with a sample file of our own.

Requesting a converter

Tell us the format pair (e.g. "AVIF to JPG") and, if you can, why you need it — real use cases decide what gets built next. Video and audio conversion are on the longer-term roadmap, not imminent.
